Research Interest(s)

Reagan is a Bioinformatics PhD student in the Kardia lab. He is developing novel ways of integrating clinical and genetic information to improve chronic disease risk prediction. He also studies the effect of genetic polymorphisms on the development and progression of heart failure.

His other research interests include the visualization of high-dimensional genetic association data, cancer biology and risk prediction, and the role ofredox state in cell differentiation. He blogs about personalized medicine at his site http://www.reagank.com
