Linda began working for the University of Michigan in the Department of Human Genetics in 1997, and has been working directly for Dr. Sharon Kardia in the Department of Epidemiology since early 2000. Prior to coming to the University, Linda worked in the banking industry for 9 1/2 years and then became a stay-at-home Mom for two daughters until the need to be challenged on another level led her to come into the scientific research field. Linda is Dr. Kardia's Administrative Assistant and keeps track of her extremely busy schedule.
